StockTAP, a Delta Kinetics product, helps bars and restaurants capture and analyze beverage inventory. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email address and display name, used to authenticate you.
• Venue & inventory data: products, counts, purchases, sales, and recipes you enter or import.
• Diagnostics: crash and error reports (via Sentry) to keep the app reliable.

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

How we use it

To provide the service — authentication, storing your inventory, computing variance and stock analytics — and to diagnose problems. Data is isolated per venue by row-level security.

Sharing

We use Supabase (database/auth) and Vercel (hosting) as processors. If you enable an integration (e.g. CoreTAP or LearnTAP), the specific data described at enablement is shared with that service. We do not otherwise share your data.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your venue data by contacting us.
